Peter Marshall is an American television and radio personality, singer, and actor. He was the original host of The Hollywood Squares.

Peter is the son of Jean, a costume designer, and Ralph LaCock, who was also in show business. His sister was actress Joanne Dru.

Peter is married to Laurie Stewart. He has four children, including his son Pete LaCock, a professional baseball player, who played MLB.

Peter’s patrilineal line can be traced to Richard Laycock, who was born, c. 1580, in Kildwick, North Yorkshire, England.
